Mastip Distributors can request a SWIFT Online login through the Contact SWIFT page.

There are two types of logins available:

Distributor

A Distributor login has full access to create Quotes, Approval Packages and Nozzle CAD, but can only view their own quotes in the Quote Manager.

They can also view quotes created by Mastip Techincal Sales Engineers that have been assigned to them.

And they can view all customer Nozzle CAD requests in their region.

Distributor Manager

A Distributor Manager can access the ALL quotes for their distributorship.

This includes SWIFT Online quotes created by all Distributor users, all those created by Mastip Techincal Sales Engineers, and all customer Nozzle CAD requests in their region

Manifold

Quotes are available for Manifold and Manifold Nexus (PreWired) systems.

Single Nozzle

There are two options for Single Nozzle (Verishot (SVG) and SX) systems: Quote only or Quote plus full Approval Package (AP).

The Approval Package (AP) is nozzle and valve gate, modeled in plates, with appropriate cooling channels and locatings rings.

CAD includes 2D hot runner and nozzle drawings, 3D CAD models and BOM.

These are the same AP packages provideed by Mastip Design but are immediately available to give directly to Customers.

Nozzle CAD

Nozzle CAD is available for MJ, BX, MX, TX and SX ranges, with all standard body, tip and nut options available.

Models are of the nozzle body and cavity only (no plates).

CAD includes 2D nozzle drawings, 3D CAD and BOM.

This is exactly the same data as provided to Customers.

The Quote Manager gives Distributors access to all their Mastip system quotes.

Distributor SWIFT Online Quotes

All quotes created by a Distributor in SWIFT Online are visible in the Quote Manager.

Mastip Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) Quotes

Other creates created by Mastip TSEs are also visible in the Quote Manager. These quotes can be viewed but they cannot be loaded (to revise or create another option).

Nozzle CAD Requests

All Customer Nozzle CAD requests are also listed in the Quote Manager.

These may even be opened and revised into a manifold system quote.

Mastip customers can self register for a SWIFT Online login. This gives them access to Nozzle CAD only.

They must select their country and provide a valid email address.

Email Notifications

Each time a customer requests a Nozzle CAD a notification email is sent to the SWIFT Online users for the Mastip Distributor for that country.

Quote Manager

Also, all customer Nozzle CAD requests are visible in the Quote Manager.

Users

A list of all registered Customer is available in the Users page.

Customers (Nozzle CAD)

Distributors can see a list of all the registered Customer in their region in the Users page.

The email address, the latest activity and the number of Nozzle CADs requested are shown.

Distributor Manager

Distributor Managers can also see all the Distributor logins for their Distributorship.
